Promoting gender equality and women's leadership in all spheres of life
Women are powerful agents of change. At SACHCHIDANAND DWARIKA SEVA SANSTHAN FOUNDATION, we work to strengthen women's economic independence, leadership, and access to rights. Our programmes focus on building self‑help groups, enhancing financial literacy, and creating safe spaces for women to thrive.
Our Vision: A society where every woman exercises her rights, fulfills her potential, and participates equally in decision‑making.
Forming and strengthening women's collectives for savings, credit, and livelihood activities.
Building confidence and skills for women to take up leadership roles in panchayats and community institutions.
Vocational training, enterprise development, and market linkages for women entrepreneurs.
Educating women about domestic violence laws, property rights, and government schemes.
Scholarships, safe transport, and awareness to prevent dropout and child marriage.
Creating safe public spaces, addressing gender‑based violence, and providing counselling support.
We adopt a life‑cycle approach to women's empowerment:
Our interventions have reached over 10,000 women, with many now serving as elected representatives and community leaders.
We work with state rural livelihoods missions, banks, and civil society networks:
Our work aligns with the National Policy for Women and the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign. We collaborate with government departments, women's commissions, and grassroots organisations to amplify impact.
